Kinema Fitness is opening up a brand new, high-end corporate fitness center in Jacksonville, FL. The fitness center will offer state of the art amenities throughout

We are seeking a dynamic and driven general manager/ personal trainer with a strong background in fitness, programming, and customer service. The ideal person is someone who has a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, wear many different hats, and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the entire operations of the clubs - day- to-day operation, member engagement, and deliver 5-start customer service.
  • Payroll reporting
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
  • Revenue management and budgeting
  • Vendor management
  • Towel / Laundry
  • Design, create, and execute innovative fitness challenges, incentives, events, and programs.
  • Program development and outreach
  • Presales and post-launch membership sales
  • Personal training
  • Lead group training classes
  • Oversee our marketing initiatives
  • Liaison between Kinema and our client
  • 20-25 hours on-site - flexible schedule

Additional commission for personal training and group fitness classes.
