Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at a corporate wellness site in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic instructor ready to inspire others through the art of Pilates. We are looking to bring on an on-demand instructor to conduct private and semi-private training sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality private and semi- private Pilates Reformer sessions
• Build, grow, and manage your client base with support from Kinema Fitness marketing and management teams
• Cultivate an inviting, positive environment that motivates clients and enhances their wellness journey
• Uphold Kinema Fitness’ 5-star hospitality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification to lead private and semi-private sessions
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Liability Insurance
• Exceptional professionalism, energy, and passion for delivering transformative client experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients

Pay: $60/ session (45-50 min sessions)
