Job Description:

Kinema Fitness is a high end Fitness and Wellness Operator. We are looking for a full time Guest Experience Specialist who can help us with customer service, administrative projects, daily operations, cleaning, and shift coverage.

We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule to help our team in Miami. Saturdays/Sundays are part of the role.

Hotel concierge experience, and/or fitness front desk experience is desired.

Responsibilities & Attributes:
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Great energy!
  • General facilities upkeep: Stocking retail, toiletries, shower supplies, doing towels, laundry, and cleaning equipment.
  • Help sign people up, answer questions
  • Update member spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist with social media
  • Assist with member engagement, events, and sales
  • Help with new business development
  • Positive attitude and greet all members!
  • Coachable
  • Friendly and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and google docs/sheets
  • Comfortable in a fitness environment - prior fitness front desk experience
  • Oversee/manage/train/hire front desk staff
  • CPR/AED certification is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Salary: $52,000 - $55,000
